Ergibt eine spätere Überprüfung, daß die Anpassung fehlerhaft ist, so ist sie zu berichtigen. Die Rente ist in ihrer bisherigen Höhe bis zum Ablauf des Monats zu gewähren, in dem der Berichtigungsbescheid zugestellt wird. Eine Rückforderung überzahlter Beträge findet nicht statt. Die Berichtigung ist nur bis zum 31. Dezember 1970 zulässig.
