Description (English)
As a rule, access authorisations may be issued only to members of air operators, airports, air-navigation and flight-safety institutions where cockpit presence or transport is necessary to perform their duties. The authorisations must be retained for at least three months.

Zutrittsbefugnisse dürfen grundsätzlich nur für bestimmte Angehörige von Luftfahrtunternehmen, Flughäfen, Flugsicherungs- und Flugsicherheitsinstitutionen ausgestellt werden, wenn der Aufenthalt oder die Beförderung zur Aufgabenerfüllung erforderlich ist. Die Befugnisse sind mindestens drei Monate aufzubewahren.
