Description (English)
Fines that effectively deprive those responsible of the economic benefits derived from the infringement, with increased fines for repeated infringements. For certain widespread Union-level infringements, the maximum fine must be at least 4% of annual turnover in the Member State or Member States concerned.

Geldbußen, die die Verantwortlichen wirksam um die aus dem Verstoß erlangten wirtschaftlichen Vorteile bringen; bei wiederholten Verstößen werden die Geldbußen erhöht. Bei bestimmten unionsweiten Verstößen muss der Höchstbetrag mindestens 4 % des Jahresumsatzes im betroffenen Mitgliedstaat oder in den betroffenen Mitgliedstaaten betragen.
