Description (English)
The company must notify the competent authority within 48 hours of abatement-equipment malfunction or breakdown, reduce or close operations where required, and may not exceed 120 cumulative hours of unabated operation in any 12-month period.
Description (German)
Das Unternehmen muss die zuständige Behörde innerhalb von 48 Stunden über eine Störung oder einen Ausfall der Abgasreinigung informieren, den Betrieb erforderlichenfalls reduzieren oder einstellen und darf die kumulierte Betriebsdauer ohne Abgasreinigung auf höchstens 120 Stunden je Zwölfmonatszeitraum erhöhen.
