Description (English)
The Federal Government must report to the German Bundestag by 2025 at the latest and subsequently every ten years on implementation of the Ordinance, including whether the immission limits reflect the state of noise-effects research and whether further measures are required.
Description (German)
Die Bundesregierung muss spätestens im Jahr 2025 und danach fortlaufend alle zehn Jahre dem Deutschen Bundestag über die Durchführung der Verordnung berichten und insbesondere die Übereinstimmung der Immissionsgrenzwerte mit dem Stand der Lärmwirkungsforschung sowie den Bedarf weiterer Maßnahmen darstellen.
