Ordnungswidrigkeit bei vorsätzlichem oder fahrlässigem Verstoß gegen die in § 22 Absatz 2 Nummer 1 bis 3 genannten Aufbewahrungs-, Vorlage-, Auskunfts- und Benennungspflichten, insbesondere mit Bezug auf technische Unterlagen, EU-Konformitätserklärungen und Informationen über Wirtschaftsakteure.
