The operator must submit continuous measurement reports annually by 31 March of the following year, periodic measurement reports within twelve weeks, and annual emission reports by 30 April of the following year. Reports and related records generally must be retained for five years.

Der Betreiber muss kontinuierliche Messberichte jährlich bis zum 31. März des Folgejahres, periodische Messberichte innerhalb von zwölf Wochen und jährliche Emissionsberichte bis zum 30. April des Folgejahres vorlegen. Berichte und zugehörige Aufzeichnungen sind grundsätzlich fünf Jahre aufzubewahren.
