Description (English)
Existing bearer shares that are not converted, immobilised or deposited by 10 July 2030 are automatically cancelled and the corresponding share capital is reduced; voting and distribution rights are suspended from the earlier compliance deadline until conversion, immobilisation or deposit.

Bestehende Inhaberaktien, die bis zum 10. Juli 2030 nicht umgewandelt, immobilisiert oder hinterlegt wurden, werden automatisch eingezogen und das entsprechende Grundkapital wird herabgesetzt; Stimm- und Ausschüttungsrechte ruhen ab Ablauf der früheren Frist bis zur Erfüllung.
