Description (English)
A person whose act or omission causes harm to Public Health must remedy the harm or pay compensation. If they fail, the authority may remedy the harm at the violator’s expense plus 20% administrative fees.

Wer durch Handlung oder Unterlassung einen Schaden für die öffentliche Gesundheit verursacht, muss den Schaden beheben oder Ersatz leisten. Bei Nichterfüllung kann die Behörde die Behebung auf Kosten des Verursachers zuzüglich 20 % Verwaltungsgebühren durchführen.
