Description (English)
For repetition of the same violation within one year, the fine is doubled, subject to a maximum of AED 2,000,000. In addition, activity suspension, facility closure, seizure, destruction, withdrawal, re-export or revocation of permits may be ordered.

Bei Wiederholung desselben Verstoßes innerhalb eines Jahres wird die Geldbuße verdoppelt; sie darf 2.000.000 AED nicht überschreiten. Zusätzlich können Tätigkeitsaussetzung, Betriebsschließung, Beschlagnahme, Vernichtung, Rücknahme, Wiederausfuhr oder der Widerruf von Genehmigungen angeordnet werden.
