Description (English)
The facility must enter into an annual maintenance contract with a company registered with SIRA. The contract must include a preventive maintenance programme with at least four visits per year, as well as legal responses and penalties for failure to comply. The facility must notify SIRA if it fails to implement the contract.

Die Einrichtung muss einen Jahreswartungsvertrag mit einem bei SIRA registrierten Unternehmen abschließen. Der Vertrag muss ein vorbeugendes Wartungsprogramm mit mindestens vier Besuchen pro Jahr sowie rechtliche Reaktionsmaßnahmen und Sanktionen bei Nichterfüllung enthalten. Die Einrichtung muss SIRA informieren, wenn sie den Vertrag nicht umsetzt.
