Companies and certification bodies that fail or are unwilling to comply with the cooperation and information requirements towards the Commission and Member States are excluded from participating in, or conducting audits under, voluntary schemes.

Unternehmen und Zertifizierungsstellen, die die Kooperations- und Informationspflichten gegenüber Kommission und Mitgliedstaaten nicht erfüllen oder nicht erfüllen wollen, werden von der Teilnahme beziehungsweise der Durchführung von Audits im Rahmen freiwilliger Systeme ausgeschlossen.
