Description (English)
An indirect customs representative acting as an authorised CBAM declarant is subject to CBAM monetary penalties for non-compliance with the obligations applicable to the importer; this does not apply where the representative has not agreed to act as an authorised CBAM declarant.

Ein indirekter Zollvertreter, der als zugelassener CBAM-Anmelder handelt, unterliegt bei Nichterfüllung der für den Importeur geltenden Pflichten den CBAM-Geldbußen; dies gilt nicht, wenn er nicht zugestimmt hat, als zugelassener CBAM-Anmelder zu handeln.
