Description (English)
After giving the user an opportunity to submit observations, the competent body may prohibit use of the EU Ecolabel on a non-compliant product. Fees already paid are not refundable in whole or in part.

Die zuständige Stelle kann nach Anhörung des Nutzers die Verwendung des EU-Umweltzeichens für ein nicht konformes Produkt verbieten. Bereits gezahlte Gebühren werden weder ganz noch teilweise erstattet.
