Description (English)
The competent body may prohibit use of the EU Ecolabel on the product when the product criteria or terms of use are not complied with. Fees already paid are not refunded.

Die zuständige Stelle kann die Nutzung des EU-Umweltzeichens für das betreffende Produkt verbieten, wenn die Produktkriterien oder die Nutzungsbedingungen nicht eingehalten werden. Bereits gezahlte Gebühren werden nicht erstattet.
