Description
The REACH Regulation governs the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemical substances in the EU. Manufacturers, importers and downstream users must register substances produced or imported in quantities of one tonne or more per year, manage chemical risks, provide safety information, obtain required authorisations and comply with restrictions on certain hazardous substances.
