Description (English)
If a subsequent review establishes that an adjustment is incorrect, it must be corrected; the previous pension amount must be paid until the end of the month in which the correction notice is served. Correction is permitted only until 31 December 1972.

Wird bei einer späteren Überprüfung eine fehlerhafte Anpassung festgestellt, ist sie zu berichtigen; die bisherige Rentenhöhe ist bis zum Ablauf des Monats der Zustellung des Berichtigungsbescheids zu gewähren. Die Berichtigung ist nur bis zum 31. Dezember 1972 zulässig.
