Description (English)
A person who intentionally or negligently makes an aerosol package available on the market contrary to § 4 no. 2 commits an administrative offence within the meaning of section 28(1) no. 7(a) of the Product Safety Act.
Description (German)
Wer vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig entgegen § 4 Nr. 2 eine Aerosolpackung auf dem Markt bereitstellt, handelt ordnungswidrig im Sinne des § 28 Absatz 1 Nummer 7 Buchstabe a des Produktsicherheitsgesetzes.
