Die in der Anlage zu dieser Verordnung aufgeführten Rechtsnormen des Tarifvertrags zur Regelung eines Mindestlohnes im Dachdeckerhandwerk – Dach-, Wand- und Abdichtungstechnik – im Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (TV Mindestlohn) vom 2. Oktober 2025, abgeschlossen zwischen dem Zentralverband des Deutschen Dachdeckerhandwerks e. V. – Fachverband Dach-, Wand- und Abdichtungstechnik – einerseits sowie der Industriegewerkschaft Bauen-Agrar-Umwelt andererseits, finden auf alle nicht an den TV Mindestlohn gebundenen Arbeitgeber sowie Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer Anwendung, die unter den Geltungsbereich der am 1. Januar 2026 geltenden Fassung des TV Mindestlohn fallen, wenn der Betrieb oder die selbstständige Betriebsabteilung nach dem fachlichen Geltungsbereich des TV Mindestlohn überwiegend Bauleistungen im Sinne des § 101 Absatz 2 des Dritten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch erbringt.
