August 2025 geltenden Fassung des TV Mindestlohn fallen, wenn der Betrieb oder die selbstständige Betriebsabteilung nach dem fachlichen Geltungsbereich des TV Mindestlohn überwiegend Bauleistungen im Sinne des § 101 Absatz 2 des Dritten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch erbringt.
