Description (English)
Intentional or negligent breaches of retention, information, and traceability duties, including failure to retain documents for ten years, failure to provide requested information or documents, or failure to identify other economic operators in time, constitute administrative offences under Section 28(1) no. 7(b) of the Product Safety Act.

Vorsätzliche oder fahrlässige Verstöße gegen Aufbewahrungs-, Auskunfts- und Rückverfolgbarkeitspflichten, insbesondere das Nichtbereithalten von Unterlagen über zehn Jahre, die Nichtbereitstellung angeforderter Informationen oder Unterlagen oder das nicht rechtzeitige Nennen anderer Wirtschaftsakteure, stellen Ordnungswidrigkeiten nach § 28 Absatz 1 Nummer 7 Buchstabe b des Produktsicherheitsgesetzes dar.
