Description (English)
Intentional or negligent breaches of the duties listed in Section 19(1), including placing on the market or first use without the required conformity assessment, failure to provide required conformity copies, markings, manufacturer or importer details, operating instructions and safety information, and failure to provide a crisis-relevant-goods notice, constitute administrative offences under Section 28(1) no. 7(a) of the Product Safety Act.

Vorsätzliche oder fahrlässige Verstöße gegen die in § 19 Absatz 1 aufgeführten Pflichten, insbesondere das Inverkehrbringen oder die erstmalige Verwendung ohne erforderliche Konformitätsbewertung, das Fehlen vorgeschriebener Konformitätskopien, Kennzeichnungen, Hersteller- oder Einführerdaten, Betriebsanleitungen und Sicherheitsinformationen sowie das Fehlen eines Krisenwarenhinweises, stellen Ordnungswidrigkeiten nach § 28 Absatz 1 Nummer 7 Buchstabe a des Produktsicherheitsgesetzes dar.
