Ergibt eine spätere Überprüfung, daß die Anpassung fehlerhaft ist, so ist sie zu berichtigen. Die Rente ist in ihrer bisherigen Höhe bis zum Ablauf des Monats zu gewähren, in dem der Berichtigungsbescheid zugestellt wird.
