Jeder Hersteller muss die nach § 21 erforderlichen technischen Unterlagen erstellen und das nach Maßgabe der §§ 15 bis 18 und § 20 anzuwendende Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren durchführen oder durchführen lassen.
