Description (English)
Administrative offence for intentional or negligent breaches of fuel-quality, sulphur-content and use requirements, as well as offering, labelling, notification, record-keeping, production, reporting and retention duties. It is sanctioned under section 62(1) no. 7 BImSchG; for breaches under section 20(1) no. 4, the General Directorate for Waterways and Shipping is responsible in the relevant field.

Ordnungswidrigkeit bei vorsätzlichem oder fahrlässigem Verstoß gegen die Anforderungen an Kraftstoffqualität, Schwefelgehalt und Verwendung sowie gegen Angebots-, Kennzeichnungs-, Unterrichtungs-, Aufzeichnungs-, Vorlage-, Melde- und Aufbewahrungspflichten. Die Ahndung erfolgt nach § 62 Absatz 1 Nummer 7 BImSchG; für Verstöße nach § 20 Absatz 1 Nummer 4 ist im einschlägigen Anwendungsbereich die Generaldirektion Wasserstraßen und Schifffahrt zuständig.
