Description (English)
Ensure the protection of personal data of both the requesting employee and affected employees when responding to an information request, in particular by not disclosing comparative pay where the comparative role is performed by fewer than six employees of the other sex, and by ensuring only persons entrusted with answering the request have access to the necessary data.
