Description (English)
Ensure that any pay system used, as a whole and in its individual pay components, objectively reflects the type of work to be performed, is based on criteria common to female and male employees, weights differentiation criteria without discrimination, and is transparent overall, so that discrimination based on sex is excluded.

Sicherstellen, dass ein verwendetes Entgeltsystem als Ganzes und in seinen einzelnen Entgeltbestandteilen die Art der zu verrichtenden Tätigkeit objektiv berücksichtigt, auf für weibliche und männliche Beschäftigte gemeinsamen Kriterien beruht, die Differenzierungskriterien diskriminierungsfrei gewichtet und insgesamt durchschaubar ist, sodass eine Benachteiligung wegen des Geschlechts ausgeschlossen ist.
