Description (English)
For an infringement, the Member State competent authority issues the Union importer a notice specifying remedial action to be taken. The substantive infringement rules and any further penalties are laid down by Member States.

Bei einem Verstoß erlässt die zuständige Behörde des Mitgliedstaats gegenüber dem Unionsimporteur eine Aufforderung zu den zu ergreifenden Abhilfemaßnahmen. Die materiellen Verstoßregeln und etwaige weitere Sanktionen werden von den Mitgliedstaaten festgelegt.
