Description (English)
Intentional or negligent breaches of specified duties, including placing electrical equipment on the market without the required conformity assessment, missing or incorrect markings and documentation, and failure to provide requested information, constitute administrative offences under section 28(1)(7) of the Product Safety Act and may be punished by a monetary fine. No specific fine amount is stated in this regulation.

Vorsätzliche oder fahrlässige Verstöße gegen bestimmte Pflichten, insbesondere das Inverkehrbringen nicht ordnungsgemäß konformitätsbewerteter elektrischer Betriebsmittel, fehlende oder fehlerhafte Kennzeichnungen und Unterlagen sowie die Nichtbereitstellung angeforderter Informationen, stellen Ordnungswidrigkeiten nach § 28 Absatz 1 Nummer 7 Produktsicherheitsgesetz dar und können mit einer Geldbuße geahndet werden. Ein konkreter Bußgeldbetrag ist in der vorliegenden Verordnung nicht genannt.
