The airport operator and the persons responsible for air traffic control must, upon request by the competent authority, provide the information required to determine noise exposure concerning foreseeable flight operations, and submit the corresponding data, documents and plans.

Der Flugplatzhalter und die mit der Flugsicherung Beauftragten müssen der zuständigen Behörde auf Anforderung die für die Ermittlung der Lärmbelastung erforderlichen Auskünfte über den voraussehbaren Flugbetrieb erteilen sowie entsprechende Daten, Unterlagen und Pläne vorlegen.
