Description (English)
A monetary penalty equal to the increased excess-emissions penalty under Article 16 of Directive 2003/87/EC for each CBAM certificate not surrendered; payment does not release the authorised CBAM declarant from surrendering the outstanding certificates.

Geldbuße in Höhe der erhöhten Überschreitungs-Emissionsstrafe nach Artikel 16 der Richtlinie 2003/87/EG für jedes nicht abgegebene CBAM-Zertifikat; die Zahlung befreit den zugelassenen CBAM-Anmelder nicht von der Pflicht zur nachträglichen Abgabe der Zertifikate.
