Packaging must bear appropriate marking on the packaging itself or on the label. The marking must be clearly visible, easily legible and appropriately durable and lasting, including when the packaging is opened.

Verpackungen müssen auf der Verpackung selbst oder auf dem Etikett mit einer geeigneten Kennzeichnung versehen sein. Die Kennzeichnung muss deutlich sichtbar, leicht lesbar sowie auch beim Öffnen der Verpackung ausreichend dauerhaft und beständig sein.
