If the notification or submission duties are breached, pension payments may be discontinued in whole or in part, provided that the survivor or legal representative was previously warned of these consequences.

Bei Verletzung der Anzeige- oder Vorlagepflichten kann die Zahlung der Rente ganz oder teilweise eingestellt werden, sofern der Hinterbliebene oder sein gesetzlicher Vertreter zuvor auf diese Rechtsfolgen hingewiesen wurde.
